Application study of grey theory in intrusion detection technology

As one of the classic implementation of networking technology, the grey theory is greatly emphasized in recent years. A data preprocessing model which based on GM(1,1),and a index reducing algorithm which based on grey relation are built. They have some characteristics, such as few samples, low complexity, easy procedural realization, and can solve quickly renewed samples. The demon- stration analysis shows that these models can help to reduce obviously needed system resources, enhance timeliness and accuracy, and reduce rate of false drop and false retrievable.
