Model Design of Network Covert Channel Detection System

Illegal communications by network covert channel based on TCP/IP protocols become an important way to threaten the network security.This paper briefly presents the methods to set up network covert channel based on TCP/IP protocols and the Characteristics of detection.Both the IP protocol and the TCP protocol are used as examples.Then, this paper proposes a model of covert channel detection system based on protocol analysis and traffic analysis and thus pro-vide a new thinking for comprehensive detection of covert channel.
