Design of CMOS Band-gap Voltage Reference

A band-gap voltage reference is designed,in order to meet requirement of low power,low temperature coeffi- cient and high PSRR in the integrate circuit.Based on the analysis of conventional band-gap reference circuitry,the circuit fo- cuses on improving performance of operational amplifier.The circuit and the layout are designed with TSMC 0.35μm CMOS process.Simulation shows that the temperature coefficient is less than 10 pp/℃from 0℃to 100℃,hand-gap reference has low power and high PSRR.
