Academic Periodicals and Anonymous Paper-reviewing

Reviewing papers anonymously for academic periodicals is an international practice,but it has not been carried out widely in the field of China's academic periodicals,which results from editors' lack of understanding for the significance of anonymous paper-reviewing,the difficulty of finding experts for paper-reviewing and the cost for paper-reviewing work.Therefore,it is proposed that proper and flexible measures should be taken in paper-reviewing and the actual situation of academic periodical be taken into consideration,even though anonymous paper-reviewing is advocated.
