Analysis of Hierarchical Structure of Neighborhood Systems

From the viewpoint of the neighborhood system based rough set, this paper presents five axioms to describe the hierarchical structure of the neighborhood systems. Moreover, it proposes a new order relation to describe the finer relation between different neighborhood systems. Finally, it proves that the proposed preference relation satisfies the five axioms of the hierarchical structure of the neighborhood systems.
