Extraction of Tumor Gene and Its Classification Based on SNR

Based on previous studies the traditional signal to noise ratio(SNR) formula has been modified,then 2000 genes data from gene expression profiles which can determine on tumor types are dealt by eliminating redundant data.Classification is made by fuzzy clustering analysis and the classification results are tested.It shows that SNR formula revised is better in dealing with redundant data.
