The security of internet, secure hash algorithm SHA1 and HMAC_SHA1_96 are simplyintroduced in the article. The optimizing design and verification of the hardware system based on theencrypting algorithm of secure internet are done combined with characteristics of FPGA chip(APEX20KE series produced by Altera).
