An Asymmetric Watermarking Scheme Based on Phase Shift

Based on traditional spread-spectrum watermarking, we discuss an asymmetric watermarking scheme using random-phase-shift. In this scheme, the phase of a reference watermark is shifted randomly in the DFT domain to make many embedding watermarks. The availability of the extracted watermarks is evaluated by comparing the correlation of them with the reference one. Experimental results show the scheme is practical.
