h.264 Intra Prediction Technology and Its Implementation by Hardware in Decoder

This paper presents intra prediction algorithms of h.264 standard,puts forward a parallel configuration which deals with various intra prediction modes,including block 6×16,4×4 and block 8×8 in the newest standard.Based on analyzing the comparability of each mode,we d头esign a reusable configuration and realize it with verilogHDL hardware language.The result of simulation shows that it's suitable to the video at 4:2:0 format,720×480 size,and 30frame/s.
