According to the characteristics of capacitive voltage transformer,combined with the breakdown condition of capacity caused by unusual secondary voltage of capacitive voltage transformer in actual operation,the paper discussed the monitoring and analyzing methods for secondary voltage of capacitive voltage transformer,put forward some principles for handling unusual capacitive voltage transformer.
