Network-Centric Warfare(NCW)has attracted more and more attention recently, and is developing rapidly. With the analysis of its characteristic, constructed a new Evaluation Index Architecture(EIA) base on 3D view(technology, system, operation),proposed a method base on 3D interactive excavation for the analysis of EIA. Finally, decomposed the index of information system of NCW,presented the method for index synthesis and system effectiveness evaluation.
