The computer-user interface for the SB-2100 type flow totalizer is designed on the software platform of Delphi 7.It is used on the touch-screen to display and interpose the data of the instruments.The passage has introduced something about the serial-port communication between the host computer and the instruments,data storage and output,and several problems when the form is used on the touch-screen.
