Google Scholar and editors working of sci-tech periodical

This paper discusses basic duty of editors.Three areas of editors working including paper innovation of judgement,the accuracy of bibliographic references of checking and judge one paper are analyzed the helping of editors by Google Scholar,and it provides inadequate of Google Scholar.
