Design of Stealthy Vehicle Information Management and Tolling System

This paper firstly analyzes the current status of our country's highway construction and tolling system, then in view of the main bottleneck that restricts traffic flow, proposes the concept of stealthy vehicle information management, and introduces an information reading, automatic identification and non-stop tolling system based on wireless data transmission technology, including its composition, principle of operation, data communication protocol, encoding method and anti-interference measures. The paper gives this system's software and hardware design, and briefly discusses the technical feasibility of the system to find stolen vehicles, fake vehicle license and copy vehicle license.
