Analysis and Study on Proficiency Testing for Electric Lab

The paper discusses the selection and measurement analysis of transfer standard for power meter as well as the calculation analysis of the data with inter-laboratory comparison and ability statistics.A method to judge the error sources distribution type is given.The verifying method of laboratory capability is introduced by statistical control method based on the determination of measurement errors distribution.
