Some Comments on Selecting Moving Point and Moving Coordinate

The principles for selecting a moving point and a moving coordinate are reviewed.Four items can be condensed from literature.Two of them are essential,and their importance is discussed.Other two items are not essential,but are practical in solving specific problems.Some statements from literature are argued in light of counter examples.These statements include the unique rule for selecting moving point and moving coordinate,the move point must move,the relative velocities must be equal reciprocally,etc.
