According to the necessity of modem industrial control, the software of Visual C++ and Microsoft Access Database are used to develop a topper computer control system for the major oil depot system. This can make the control more efficient and make monitori ng to be done through the computer screen. By using the modulariz ation technology, the whole design of the topper computer control system is described.
