The access style of short message into 114 system belongs to its increase value service.In the analysis of the feasible foundation,this article elaborates some questions of the connect,interfaces,and cost.The application of the short message access reinforces the service functions of the traditional telecom equipment and resolves the actual business problems in 114 service,while telecom networks and the Internet shielding layer are added,to some extent,enhances the telecom network security.
