Weather Information Issuance Based on XML Web Service

According to the current condition of weather information issuance,and taking into account of the universal Web Services object′s encapsulation technique,this paper brings forward a solution to supporting multi-platform and seamless integration.It also gives the architecture of weather service with reference to the characteristics of XML Web Service,to realize the integrated application across different platforms and languages.
