Study of ESPRIT Algorithm to Coherent Source Via Virtual Array Translation

In all kind of algorithms of DOA estimation,ESPRIT algorithm is an usually algorithm possessing fast run and high precision.In this paper,A new ESPRIT algorithm to coherent sources via virtual array transformation.is prosposed.It can settle the problem of not finding coherent signals in routine ESPRIT algorithm.Compare to the spatial smoothing algorithm,with this approach,it do not decrease effective array aperture,it can detect the number of(M) coherent signals with M sensors.This algorithm is suit to direction of arrival (DOA) estimation of all signals(include all coherent and incoherent signals).
