Discussion on Talent Use of Scientific Journal Editing

There are many talents in the field of scientific journal. Up to now, there are various factors effecting the talent innovation in editing the scientific journal. According to the features of editing the scientific journal, measures for developing, attracting and using the editor talents are presented.
