The Design of XML Web Services E-government Heterogeneous Platform

The essay based on the XML achieves a technical framework which is cross-platform,cross-system,and cross-application without linking to language combining the large-scale integrated applications requirement of current E-govern-ment and the development of Web Services.Then establishing a data sharing based on the application in heterogeneous plat-form of E-government focus on Web Service and right-flow,then realize the cooperative work cross systems.Meanwhile,it analyses the safety of data in the platform of E-government when in the process of information transmission is encrypted to deal with.Finally,it gives the outlook for the application and composition of Web Services.
