GIS Applied in Water Conservancy Based on XML

Solve the problems of issued data depending on different platform and limitation of resource sharing based on XML.The GIS is applied in water conservancy with three layers structure consisting of data resource,application and user.The proposed system has the ability of managing and processing of different space-data from river,culvert,embankment etc.The interactive operation between user,network and relative database is implemented.
