Research and Development of a New Generation Detection Instrument for Shrinking Temperature of Leather

The inconveniences of the first two generation detection instruments of leather shrinking temperature,as well as the main factors influencing the precision of the instruments were analyzed. A new method based on untouched measuring model of Hall Sensor was proposed and a new generation measuring and testing instrument for shrinking temperature of leather was developed. The application of the sample instrument shows that it could effectively guarantee the detection requirement for shrinking temperature of leather. And the instrument has many advantages such as the structure is compact and rational,easy operating etc and thus the detection efficiency is improved four times than before.
