Further discussion on the complete convergence for partial sums of NA sequences.

By discussing the relationship between the existence of moment and the convergence of tail probability series, the complete convergence of partial sums of NA sequences \%{X\-n:n≥1}\% is given, and the strong limit properties which are similar to independent sequences are obtained, meanwhile the results extend the complete convergence to non-identically distribution.
