Application of Fuzzy Different Optimum Theory in Water Environment Security Assessment

Fuzzy optimum theory can be used to calculate the reasonable distance of each project and ideal project and sort the projects.It can not compare the projects with one appointed project.This paper improves the model based on the fuzzy optimum theory,which uses the difference matrix method to compare the reference project and other projects.This paper used the difference matrix method in the water environment security assessment and gets a comparatively good result.
