A Review on English Infix

Infix has not received unanimity among scholars on its existence in word-formation.It is difficult to prove its existence from the point of past or recent.In the eye of traditional linguistics,affixation is a bound morpheme which can not be used separately.But word-formation is one of the most active parts in English language,it surely will change as the developing of the language.Thus if we analyze this word-formation phenomenon such as absobloodylutely in an open-end way,this word can be regarded as the result of infix.
