Analysis of research status of engineering drawings recognition and interpretation

The research status of engineering drawings recognition and interpretation is analyzed systematically. The research contents are reviewed which include drawing image pretreatment and vectorization, basic graphics unit and character recognition, two-dimensional graphics interpretation and three-dimensional graphics reconstruction. Main research results and questions are summarized, and the main causes of above questions analyzed. The problems to be solved in the future research work are also discussed.
