On the Market Exit Mechanism of Franchise Management in Public Utilities

Utilities franchising activities can often meet a franchise without active suspension or termination utilities service behavior.These all boils down to the country's public utilities system out of the system is not perfect.In order to ensure public utility franchise products and services to provide continuity,so as to better protect consumers to obtain utilities service of rights and interests.It is necessary for the government to regulate the supervision and exit mechanism of the franchises.
