Research and design of purchasing management system based on SOA

The Purchasing Management System is one important part of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). In recent years, as the development of the Purchasing Management in companies, more and more attentions have been paid to the research of Purchasing Management System. The paper aims to put forward a new design program of Purchasing Management System on the base of traditional purchasing process, and introduce the basic concept and operational principle of the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). In order to achieve the optimization of the Purchasing Management System, the theory of SOA should be mixed with the ERP purchasing management system, WebService being the main technology.
