Methods of Implementation and Performance Optimization for VPN on Windows 2000

This paper first introduces how to implement the core of VPN system on Windows 2000 by means of bump in the stack,according to the trait of secret codes on Windows. Then it puts forward all kinds of methods to optimize the performance of VPN.
