Applying an improved Hungary Algorithm to personal software process

Resource Allocation problem in Personal Software Process was expounded in this paper. Based upon the analysis of Hungary Algorithm, this paper proposed a practical and improved Hungary Algorithm. The improved Hungary Algorithm based method for Resource Allocation problem in unequal condition of staff and activity was set forth. This method is used for Resource Allocating with computer methods in Personal Software Process .
