Application of SST Flash in data sampling and storage system

Due to limitations of the sampling circuit volume in some special environment,this paper proposed the design scheme of a data sampling and storage system of smaller size based on SST25VF032B,using the CPLD controlled the A/D converter and the Flash to achieve data sampling and storage,while data access,display and erasing can be achieved by programming the VB software.And the application of SST Flash in the actual data sampling circuit was analyzed in detailed.The size of this system is 20.5mm×14.5mm,meets small volume request,and it is better for sampling of low frequency.
