FAST ELLIPTIC CURVE ARITHMETIC OVER FIELDS OF CHARACTERISTIC THREE

The paper gives good simple formulation of elliptic curves when considering point addition, doubling and tripling over the field of characteristic three.We present an idea of 3P computing, apply some fast elliptic curve arithmetic over fields of characteristic two to characteristic three and compare the results . Then we give a good projective representation of the elliptic curve over the field F_(3~n).
