A New Scheme of Digital Signatures

Presents the signatures based on Symmetric_-key and Unsymmetric_-key, then puts forward a new implementation scheme of digital signatures. This new scheme improves the partition of source data and changes the order of the keys to assure the data safety. In this paper the 4 times Karn encrypt algorithmic is used. In a word, this new scheme effectively overcomes the problems like union and key_-changing in the past.
