Aim to general management and practice application on military logistics business flow special ontology(MLBFEO),the paper analyses data structure and useful efficiency and reliability about ontology database(ODB) to generate by Protege and Jena API.The paper bring forward database modeling method base on the thought of RDBMS and RDF(e.g.resource and property and object).The production tamps the data structure foundation on MLBFE management and BMIS according to MLBFE.
