Aiming at the defensive capability of communication system required by information campaign, based on effectiveness evaluation of grey hierarchy analytic process(GAHP),this paper describes the basic steps of the method, establishes the index system and hierarchical structure for the defensive capability effectiveness evaluation of the communication system, and obtains a mathematic model of defensive capability for the communication system, finally validates the feasibility of the proposed method through a given case of grey evaluation.
