A Study on Copyright under the Net Environment

The net forms a challenge to the legal system of the human beings,meanwhile it spreads the information.Because most of information spreading through the net are bodies of copyright,the copyright system is attacked strongly by net and it is experiencing an necessary regulation under the net environment.This article studies the belonging of net works copyright and clarifies the responsibility of copyright infringement by understanding the legal permission and reasonable utiluzation of the net copyright.It suggests also to set up the collective managing system of copyright in order to solve disputes of net works copyright.
