Orthodox Congruences on a Completely Regular Semigroup

We characterize orthodox congruences and their kernels,show that an E-reflexive congruence is an orthodox congruence.At last we consider the sufficent and neccessary conditions on which the kernel of an orthodox congruence is cryptic.
