The online/offline encryption scheme is a solution to increase encryption speed. At present, in terms of online/offline encryption scheme, there aren't some relevant theses in putting forward any sound scheme. An short message online/offline encryption scheme was studied and proposed in this paper, which bases on the linear function. Its online phase only need to compute a linear function once. And we apply this scheme to short message of mobil.
