Application of Using R Lanfuage in Querying Pubmed Database

Querying databases to search references play important role in the process of biology study which involve projectestablishment, progress and the final evaluation. Pumbed is extensively used by researchers to fetch comprehensive and first-handresources. The open-source R language get it's applications in biology especially in bioinformatics studies and become importantprogramming and data -mining tools. Here we use R language to devise tools which fulfill querying Pubmed database, extractingarticle information, downloading PDF formatted full text, tidying up and managing reference automatically and efficiently.
