On the Special Nature of Disjunctive Judgments and Their Reasoning in the Criminal Investigation

Disjunctive judgments and their reasoning have wide applications in both daily thinking and criminal investigation.In criminal investigation,in strict compliance with formal logics' requirements of disjunctive judgments and their reasoning,more attention should be paid to grasp the particularity of their application,including logic nature of disjunctive judgments,exhaustive problem of disjunctive judgment,the application of compatible disjunctive reasoning to the affirmative and negative forms.
