Information security is one of the important factors which restrict ecommerce development,the risk assessment is the foundation to control risk and guarantee the transaction security.On the basis of hierarchical structures of t he security system of e-commerce system,e-commerce security needs are analyze d,and a quantitative e-commerce risk assessment model is presented.
