A Study on Airborne High Power Radar Transmitter with Dry Air

In this paper,development and application of a novel airborne high power radar transmitter with dry air insulation is de-scribed.Transmitter system scheme and key technologies are discussed in details aiming at two design puzzles: HV insulation and heat dissipation.Finally,transmitter's excellent performance,high reliability and significant value for practical application are proven by further specification test,joint test with radar system and test flight results.
