Constraint conditions and new constructional method of Vague entropy

The Vague entropy should include the unknown and the uncertainty.This paper draws analysis among deficiencies of the present constraint conditions and constructional method of Vague entropy,provides improved constraint conditions and corresponding new axiom definition taking really into account two factors;a new constructional method is presented.By proceed theorem and analyzed example,it shows that this new Vague entropy has some good mathematics properties and the calculated results are more efficient and rational.
