The network crime is a kind of crime phenomenon which comes on with the production and development of the network.According to the different angle, one is described Criminology and the other is illustrated Criminal Law.Compared with the traditional crime type,the network crime has some striking characteristics such as ultra-disguise,high intelligence,internationalization,tough difficulty in collecting evidence and serious damage to the society.Because the network crime is caused together by the various factors,so prevent network crime should include such a lot of aspects,as law,morality,culture and technology,etc,which will make us reach the anticipated result.
