Threat Evaluation based on a Method of Two-phase Decision-making under Partial Weight Information

Threat value of air target is that it can evaluate damage degree of attacking ground(surface) target in command and control of air defense system.It is necessary to determine sequencing of the threat value only.A method of two-phase decision-making under the known partial weight Information is proposed to evaluate the threat value of air target in the paper.This method combines subjective partial weights given by decision-maker with the objective weights.It can sufficiently utilize objective evaluation information and meet the requirements of decision-maker,and achieves the unification of the both.A numerical example is given to verify feasibility of this method.
