Data Processing of Grinding Active Measuring Instrument Based on Kingview

Against the existing problems of the domestic grinding active measurement and control instrument,such as the low measuring accuracy,the indirect view,the inconvenience of setting and adjusting and the system security,a new-style active measuring controller was designed and exploited by Kingview.Through studies in the structure and functions of the existing active measuring controllers,taking high-accuracy,high-speed reaction and high-intelligence degree as goal,Kingview recipe management features were used to make a new data processing method for the active measuring instrument.The research results have theoretical significance and useful value to the development and production of active measuring controllers.
