Optimal Algorithm for Single Airport Ground-holdingProblem Basing on Hopfield Neural Network

One of the effective solutions to the overflow of the air traffic volume is an involvement of a tactic to allow respectively designated aircrafts waiting on the ground.But to predicate or estimate airplanes' grounding is always a hard problem to solve.The author takes a single airplane's grounding as a pattern to demonstrate reasonable alternatives,and proposes, based on Hopfield neural network,a calculation method of intelligence inciting,and proves it correct in its convincingly theoretical work.
