The judgment upon constitution factors compliance,legality,the responsibility of citizen individual information violation behavior affect appraisal on crime law profit,the statute location in code,the crime judgement condition,the crime nature,the responsibility main body and subjective aspect.Thought 7th in the Bill for Amendment of Criminal Law of PRC(Seven) in positive,the related issues still need further research for subjective and objective reason.
